Pet food line introduction:
Smart Pet food process line endues pet food with the amount of nutrition, digestible structure, novel shape, and unique taste to meet with the needs of modern market. This kind of food not only can provide nutrition to dogs, like protein, fat, vitamin, etc, but also satisfy the dog nature hobby, benefit to its strong teeth, cleanness of mouth and teeth, and prevents disease.
Pet food machine line we use extruder as main machine to make the raw material puffed and easy for pet to eat .then use some specaial flavorying make the test to be better for different pet .
☆ The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
☆ It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
☆ The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
☆ Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely.
☆ Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for corn/rice, also for wheat flour/starch with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half expanded as different type of products.
☆ Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

A. Finished time
The production line will be finished in 25-40 days after confirmation.
B. Payment Term
30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.
C. Delivery Time
When the machines are finished, we will invite you to our factory for testing machine.
then we will arrange the worker to load container promptly after all corresponding inspection issues finished.
